I’m a Spiritual Psychotherapist, author, speaker and teacher, and the creator of Akashic Reiki®.
For more than a decade, my work has taken me through psychotherapy, the Akashic Records, energy healing, spiritual development and the study of what makes us who we are.
Today, much of my work centres around Spiritual Intelligence — our capacity to know ourselves, discern what is true for us, create meaning from our experiences and live in greater coherence with who we actually are.
